The law office SB LEGAL was founded in 2010 by Jaroslav Bouček and Petra Šindelářová, attorneys at law, both having a long term legal experience from their practice in a French law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel, one of the leading international law firms. Jitka Otmarová, also attorney at law with wide experience from her legal practice in the law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel, as well as in the Czech law firm Vejmelka & Wünsch, joined the law office SB LEGAL in 2012

Jaroslav Bouček graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague and then spent one year of study at University of Social Science in Toulouse, where he obtained Diploma in European Union Law. From 1999 to 2010 he worked in the Prague office of the French law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel, in the department of contract law and of collection of receivables. In 2002 he took a two-month study stay at EFB in Paris (Ecole de formation professionnelle des barreaux de la Cour d'Appel) and in 2005 he took a one month study stay at Boston University in London. In 2010 he founded, together with Petra Šindelářová, the law office SB LEGAL. In his practice, Jaroslav Bouček focuses especially on commercial, civil and labor law, on protection against unfair competition and on collection of receivables. He has been a member of the Czech Bar Association as an attorney at law since 2003. Jaroslav speaks Czech (native), French and English.
Petra Šindelářová graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague and from 1999 to 2010 worked in the Prague office of the French law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel, in the department of corporate and labor law. In 2010 she founded, together with Jaroslav Bouček, the law office SB LEGAL. In her practice, Petra Šindelářová focuses especially on commercial, corporate, civil and labor law. She has been a member of the Czech Bar Association as an attorney at law since 2003. Petra speaks Czech (native), French, English and Spanish.
Jitka Otmarová graduated from the Law Faculty and Faculty of Arts (English and American Studies) of Charles University in Prague. Afterwards, she took postgraduate studies at the University René Descartes in Paris where she obtained a diploma -DESS in international commercial law. From 1999 to 2005 she worked in the Prague office of the French law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel, and from 2006 to 2012 she worked as an attorney at law in Prague law offices Rokas and Vejmelka & Wünsch. She joined the law office SB LEGAL in 2012. In her practice, Jitka Otmarová focuses especially on commercial and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, and real estate law and also on labor law. She has been a member of the Czech Bar Association as an attorney at law since 2002. Jitka speaks Czech (native), French and English.
